I am a Professional Boxing Trainer licenced by the British Boxing Board of Control (licence no T3402) I have owned a Boxing/Kickboxing Gym called A.R.D. Training Camp since 1993 which is based in Aldershot, Hampshire U.K. I am a former Amateur Boxer & Professional Kickboxer and won British, European & World Kickboxing Titles, plus lived and Fought as a Pro for 2 years in Thailand. I am now concentrating on building up a stable of Professional Boxers from our Gym!

The Hanover Boxing Club was founded in 1993 and is temporarily relocated to Littlestown behind the PennMar Martial Arts Academy. We hope to soon be in new digs in Hanover. Check us out if you want to learn to Box at any level. Any idiot can throw a punch. Boxing is much more than that.

We train Amateur and Professional Boxers. Like Magdalena “The Beast” Dahlen, Derya Saki and other. Fitness oriented people and white collar boxers are also welcome.
My name is David Ingamells and I own The Boxing Gyms and have been involved in personal training and boxing/mixed martial arts instruction for close to 7 years. I have seen a lot of fighters come in and out of my gym to receive some top of the line training.
