We train Amateur and Professional Boxers. Like Magdalena “The Beast” Dahlen, Derya Saki and other. Fitness oriented people and white collar boxers are also welcome.

No Joke Mixed Martial Arts is located in the Rockford Illinois area and provides a martial arts & fitness program for all ages and experience levels. Our program will sculpt you into the person you have always wanted to be. You will learn the fundamentals of Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
