Jana Simms’ classes at Alive MMA offer a unique boxing program. Her group classes make everyone feel welcome and challenged, whether you are a beginner or a pro. One on one attention, a great workout both mentally and physically, and expert instruction are all part of Jana’s classes. Jana’s classes are geared toward those in attendance. A variety of drills and bag work, close attention to technique and footwork all combine to create a well rounded boxer. Whether the focus is conditioning, self defense or competition, each boxer will receive what they initially came to boxing for and so much more. She is also the co-owner of a new boxing promotions company Athena Boxing, which is dedicated to promoting NW Boxers.

Joe has been on Board of Directors Texas Boxing Committee since 2008, He’s a Boxing Manager trainer, Judge & Referee and is currently in charge of Rules and regulations for the LBC(Local Boxing Committee) Involved in many ways. IBHOF (international Boxing Hall of Fame), Muhammad Ali center to name a few. He is also a Member of the Double G Club(Golden Gloves), former member of IBF/USBA, NABF, & WBC. Joe Freitas has made Champions and continues to do so with his fellow Partners at Reyes Boxing Club Internationally known called upon for information and Match-ups. He has had hands on with National Champions and State Champions. He has been on many Armature and pro cards. including Golden Glove nationals, HBO events, Top Rank, Golden Boy Promotions, Leija Promotions, CKO, & Standing 8 to name a few.
